[Completed] Game Patch and Cash Shop Update on 20th August 2025

Game services have resumed at 1322hrs.

Known Issues
  • An error where you cannot change to VIP Channels within the game is being investigated. For now, you may access VIP Channels via the Login / World Selection.

    Gifts for Patch Update
  • A special Thank You Box awaits all Maplers who login from today until 24th August 2025, 2359hrs (GMT +8). It can be claimed from the Reward Box on the left.

  • Affected Service(s): MapleStorySEA game servers
  • Impact: All MapleStorySEA game servers will be unavailable.
    •   ↪ Game services for all worlds will not be available during the stipulated time. Kindly log out before this period to avoid disruptions to your gameplay.

    Unavailability of Auto & Manual Patcher for v244 Patch
  • For the stability of the v244 Update, please note that both the Auto Patcher and Manual Patcher will not be available.
  • We recommend preparing to download the full client to update your game.
  • Full client download files will be provided in advance soon. Please stay tuned for further updates.
  • You may download the Full Client files via the PlayPark Downloader HERE

    Regarding MapleStorySEA x NDP60 Event
    Due to an error preventing the event from starting on 19 August 2025, the event period will be extended until 26 August 2025, 2359hrs. Please note that the event can be accessed via the Event List, or Singapore: Central Way via NPC August.
