The Known Issues section focuses on the major issues that have significantly impacted the game and community, and which our team is actively addressing. Please note that while we aim to cover the most impactful issues, this list will not encompass every reported issue. Check back regularly for updates on the status of these issues and information on resolved issues, or any new issues that may have been added.

  • Using the 'Skip' feature during a boss battle may sometimes increase the boss's attack frequency significantly. To prevent this while we investigate the issue, we recommend not using the 'Skip' option during boss fights.

  • Fixed the issue where the Wisp's Wonderous Wonderberry was granting incorrect rewards in Interactive and Burning Worlds.
    • For Players who wish to have a refund after receiving incorrect rewards, please contact Player Support.

  • We apologize for the inconvenience caused regarding the issue with the Karma Bright Cubes obtained from the Champion Burning Double Up Coin Shop. We will provide to the affected players the number of incorrect cubes used, and an additional 10 extra Karma Bright Cubes as compensation in an upcoming maintenance.
  • For players who wish to revert their potential back to the stats before using the Karma Bright Cube obtained from the Champion Burning Double Up Coin Shop, please contact Player Support.
  • Fixed the issue where Zero characters were unable to upgrade Lazuli/Lapis Type 9 to Genesis Lazuli/Lapis in the Weapon Upgrade UI.
  • Fixed the issue where the dropdown menu in the New Name Auction was blocking the name listings.
  • Fixed the issue where Guardian Angel Slime in Ride or Die would sometimes not reappear after completing the slime door mini-game.
  • Fixed the issue where using a Powerful Rebirth Flame on a Scarlet Shoulder would disconnect the player from the game.
  • Fixed the issue where the Bellamoa Damage Skin (Unit) displayed incorrect units.
  • Fixed the issue where the amount of Maple Points received did not match the amount displayed in the New Name Auction which resulted in a difference of 1 Maple Point.
  • Fixed the issue where the background in Limbo Phase 1 did not change when switching between Specter A and Specter B.
  • Fixed the issue where the processing buttons were misaligned in the End Trade tab of the New Name Auction.
  • Fixed the issue where the text description was missing from Althea's Weapon details.
  • Fixed the issue where the 'Epic Dungeon: Angler Company' was not being displayed on the Maple Planner.
  • Fixed the issue where Karma Bright Cube obtained from the Champion Burning Double-Up Coin Shop would break the potential UI when used on an equipped item and were unable to select the desired potential stats.

  • Fixed the issue where players entering Ursus in certain worlds would receive an "Another party is already inside. Try again later." error.

  1. Go to the Event Hall
  2. Talk to Maple Administrator
  3. Select "Shade's Hero Knuckle Exchange Items" to exchange the extra male armor for a weapon. (Note: The armor must be in your inventory.)
  4. Fixed the issue where players received two armor pieces instead of one armor and one weapon from the Shade Box in the Hero Package Players affected by this can exchange the extra male armor for a weapon by following these steps:

• Fixed the issue where a newly obtained VIP Booster box would retain the previous box uses.
• Fixed the issue where accounts were unable to claim the Frenzy of the Source rewards after defeating Hard Limbo.
• Fixed the issue where Lil Moonbeam's Headband could not be equipped on the Lil Moonbeam pet.
• Fixed the issue where the Dark Maplemas Damage Skin would cause game client to crash.
• Fixed the issue where the Steadfast Child Gift Box and Mighty Child Gift Box tooltips would display the incorrect Progression reward for Symbol Coupons.
• Fixed the issue where the Ghastly the Snowman portal would not spawn for multiple accounts following the daily reset.
• Fixed the issue where the Getcha Powergacha quest was not repeatable after being completed once.
• Fixed the issue where the Dark Maplemas Event EXP Orbs did not grant EXP when picked up after spawning.
• Fixed the issue that caused client crashes when viewing the Cool Future Face with Red & Sapphire colorblend option.
• Fixed the issue causing the Sickly Pallor Face to display certain cash shop emotes incorrectly.
• Fixed the issue where using the magical hourglass items would extend Dark Maplemas totem durations.
• Fixed the issue where the tradability of the Dark Maplemas totem’s were incorrectly labeled as tradable.
• All Dark Maplemas totems will be changed to untradable.
• All Dark Maplemas totems within the Auction House will be returned to the owner through the Gift Drop UI upon login.

• Added the ability for pets to add the “Ferocious Eternal Armor Box” and the “Divine Eternal Armor Box” to the pet pick-up item exception list.
• Adjusted the reset time for the “O Holy Fright” and “Slay Ride” minigames to coincide with weekly reset times.
• Fixed the issue causing the client to crash when opening the Character Info UI while having a summoned Familiar and an empty Familiar Slot.
• Fixed the issue where Normal Limbo listed the Grindstone of Life as a possible drop within the Maple Guide UI.
• Fixed the issue causing Ornaments to drop only for the first character that accepted the "Do You Fear What I Fear" quest.
• Fixed the issue displaying the incorrect number of clears needed for the Fright Totem in the "O Holy Fright" event.
• Fixed the issue where incorrect rewards were displayed in the "Wicked Wonderland" Event Preview window.
• Fixed the issue where some characters were unable to leave the "Dark Maplemas Eve" map through the exit portal.
• Fixed the issue where the "[Luna Crystal] Fairy Tale Tea Time" quest was not appearing after equipping a pet from the Petite Luna pet series.
• Fixed the issue where Neville was not selling Gold Emblems for Kanna, Hayato and Lynn characters.
• Fixed the issue preventing some players from entering the Ghastly the Snowman portal.
• Fixed the issue where Ornaments were dropping after 100 were collected for the “Do You Fear What I Fear?” event.
• Fixed the issue causing the “Ghastly the Snowman” portal to appear after the 3 time limit per day has been reached.
• Fixed the issue where the ‘?’ button in the “Do You Fear What I Fear?” event UI was displaying incorrect text.
• Fixed the issue where Kanna characters were unable to complete the "[Silent Crusade] Strange Letter" quest.
• Fixed the issue causing the Explorer Title's frame to display incorrectly when used with a Custom Title.
• Fixed the issue where players could continue fighting Limbo after reaching 1,000 Erosion while Dawn Shield or Altered Fate was active.

• Fixed the issue where the Wicked Wonderland event reward text was incorrect.
• Fixed the issue where Hyper Burning characters were unable to use Magnificent Growth Potions and Typhoon Growth Potions obtained from the Dark Maplemas box.
• Fixed the issue where the 'Do You Fear What I Fear?' ornament count would reset upon logging in again.
• Fixed the issue where the entry count for Ghastly the Snowman would reset upon logging in again.
